Continuing Education/ good & bad

So last week I was part of a CE class to do with Rentals and that niche market. Just like any other subject/ topic in the real estate world, it comes with it’s goods and bads! It was quite interesting, I have to say to learn the things to be aware of, some which I was never alerted to.

Of course, there were the comments from fellow Realtors that they may never do rentals again based on the info given- LOL I find this true of any topic though in a CE class because the instructor not only provides (usually) the subject matter in detail, but also the negative side of said topic. As the old saying goes though, forewarned is forearmed, and obviuosly holds true in the CE classes that are required in a realtor’s profession.

I have come to the conclusion, quite some time ago, common sense plays a large roll in the real estate world! If your gut tells you that its not right, more than likely it isn’t.

Good luck to all fellow Realtors in the upcoming Summer market-
